Join us at Hinokizaka for a one night only sake pairing dinner in collaboration with a renowned brewery from Kochi Prefecture, founded in 1877.
Crafted with locally grown rice from terraced fields and brewed using traditional Kimoto and Yamahai methods, the brewery's distinctive sake will be paired with a seasonal tempura course, showcasing the harmony of regional craftsmanship and Japanese culinary artistry.
