This entrance, designed to resemble a shrine's torii gate, is made of lacquered wood and symbolizes the entrance to a different space that distinguishes itself from the hotel lobby.
A sculpture that is modeled with layers of glass interspersed with gold and silver leaf, placed on a marble base designed with modern black and white contrasts, using granite traditionally used in the tsukubai of Japanese gardens. (Exterior wall of the teppanyaki area)
The patterns of the metal work are taken from traditional small patterns. The light that spills between the patterns casts shadows in the shape of the patterns on the floor, adding to the atmosphere.
Semiprivate room
Wajima lacquer, one of the traditional crafts of Japan, expresses the Japanese aesthetic sensibility, and the contrast between the black of the lacquer and the straw color gives a modern impression. The straw color is said to change to a lighter tone over the years along with the lacquer.
